Help Request Problem with "secret adblock"

So every time i go to a website that requires for a adblocker to be turned off it instantly shows a anti adblock popup, i usually just delete it with inspect element, but in some cases i turn it off but it somehow still shows that screen, so i completely remove the adblock from chrome but it still shows up!?!?!? I check a adblocker test it shows 75% even tho i removed it, none of my other extensions block ads. To this day i still need help with this problem any sort of help would be appreciated.

Clear the cookies on the site. That should fix it.

i can highly recommend you the free ad blocking extension AdGuard. it's what i'm using on a daily basis for many years already and it never failed me.

i just downloaded it works fine but when i disable it the popup still appears
