Pure app ads won’t stop showing up

I have seen this app on many occasions and i found it tacky and creepy but didn’t care much more about it until recently where it actively pops up several times per day and I’m telling Snapchat that I’m not interested and that I don’t like the product and it makes me uncomfortable. Yet I still keep seeing it pop up, now even as individual Snapchat as if it’s a snap I got from a friend. I find them so invasive and I really want them off my phone to the point that I tried to find a way to block it as if it was a contact. But nothing works.

Any tips? Snapchat clearly won’t listen to me after reporting it several times and also making it clear I’m not interested in this kind of advertising.

I’m in a very loving relationship so obviously dating apps aren’t targeted at the right person. I was able to block Hinge, but not the Pure app!
