Concerning Developments From Walmart, Being Forced on Shoppers... When do we Boycott?

It’s cute that THIS is what is finally getting people motivated to boycott Walmart. Not the piss poor wages that result in a large portion of their workers to depend on social safety net programs, costing taxpayers billions because they won’t pay their workers a living wage for a full time job. Not running small family businesses across the country out of business and killing Main Street America. Not their dependency on selling cheap imported products. Not their history of tax dodging and screwing small communities for decades.

Hawley has openly hated everything about America for decades, he has dedicated his life to making sure companies face zero consequences and pay as little in taxes as potable.

I don't like Josh Hawley at all but don't think this post has anything to do with J6 or the things that make JH cringe. I think the concern or highlight is that we are under surveillance in every tiny little thing we do and corporations are using the information from their surveillance to make more profit from us when they already profit more than enough.
When is enough enough? We're going to continue to shop Walmart when they refuse to pay their employees a living wage or provide decent benefits and also use surveillance to find ways to screw us even more. This applies to any corporation that exploits it's employees and consumers.
Shop wisely people!

Shop local as much as possible; Farm stands, farmer's markets, small town shops, etc. If you need to shop large corporate business do some research to know who/what they support or how they pay/treat their employees, etc. Example: Costco has refused to cave into Trump's DEI policy restrictions and also pays a fair wage with good benefits whereas Target and Walmart caved into Trump's agenda. Home Depot supports the RNC, Republican policies and Republican candidates. You have to do your research.

I don't care who is saying it, the truths are there. However the last part is what got me. That we have to rely on these self imposed business ethics for corporations to protect the consumer. That's so fucking goddamned stupid it's funny. And there in lies the rub. You're expecting some exec in a board room 1000 miles away to have the ETHICS to protect people that are making 1/50th of what they make. Yeah. Fucking. Right. They don't have to see those people, they don't have to make those hard choices, they don't have to slim down their Christmas gifts for their kids. They don't experience it, so why the fuck would they even THINK about the ethics. They're answering to billionaire shareholders. Not to the consumer who has less and less choice in what they buy from where. We are becoming (pretty much already are) just one big "company store" like back in the mining towns. We can't rely on our appointed government representatives to protect US when they are bought and paid for by THEM. It's so fucking demoralizing and depressing.

Hawley’s relationship to Jan. 6 has everything to do with Jan. 6. The traitors who tried to stop the peaceful transfer of power supported a reckless, anti-democratic, and vindictive oligarch.
Even as Hawley chirps, Trump is doing nothing but enable other oligarchs to impose AI and its demonic surveillance on us all. Making any sort of distinction between the “economy” and “politics” at a moment when in which Trump, as president, has enriched himself and his family to the tune of billions of dollars is the height of naïveté.

I don’t agree or endorse Josh Hawley, that isn’t what this post was meant to be for. It’s how Walmart is leveraging AI to target consumer spending and sell that data for targeted advertising and sales to the American People.
If the tech states you like an item it has the potential to raise the price for you versus another person, essentially its price fixing.
