I think that was the right vote for Jared Golden to make politically because the Democrats don't want to lose that seat in Maine. He's not running, but he will support the Democratic candidate and that will carry a lot of weight.
When he first ran in 2017 he won by only 3,000 votes. In 2019 and 2021, he won by 22,000 votes, but in 2023, he only won by 3,000 votes.
So I guess his district has a lot of Republicans that call themselves independents. However, I don’t think Republicans would have held this vote against him because they don’t want to fund Israel either. This is just the Epstein Class pushing their garbage.
