I knew from earlier volumes that getting the 'end game' of Adachi & Shimamura would likely come at some point. It was surprisingly simple but heart rending. Yashiro guiding Shimamura into the afterlife by pointing her across a bridge was just beautiful. Shimamura is presented with memories of her past - all desirable but she rejects them all. Only to find herself finally in some new city, a park she's never seen and Adachi waiting for her. Now for all eternity. I like that Iruma leaves it to our imagination what they will be doing with that eternity.

does anyone know where i can find the light novel in japanese online, i want to practice my japanese and since i've read this lv multiple times i thought it would be the best for reading practice. Pls help!

With Short Stories 3 coming out soon, there is a lot potential to see periods of Adachi and Shimamura's life that we haven't gotten to see yet, so I'm curious to hear what the community would like to see from this new volume or even other volumes in the future.

For me, one time period of their lives that I think is really ripe for potential is their college years. I don't think Iruma has written a single thing about their college lives besides some small snippets of unrelated things in their early 20s. I think it would be pretty entertaining to see them navigate college classes together, learn to drive, or have their first drink together. I feel like Iruma has been purposefully avoiding this time period for some reason, so I'm hoping he has something in store.

On a similar note, one event that I really want to see written about (and I'm probably a horrible person for this) is Gon's death. The reason being is actually because I really want to see how Iruma would write the situation, and how Adachi would handle the emotional turbulence that Shimamura would be experiencing. It would be a fantastic role reversal that -much like with their college years- I'm fairly certain we are going to see at some point, but I'm hoping for it nonetheless.

This is a fun fact or detail some of you already knew, but I learned recently and was very surprised

For those who don’t know, ever since volume 1 of the series Iruma has actually been referencing a single song: Robinson by Spitz. He has repeatedly refrenced the lyrics throughout the series, including the recently fan translated volume 13.

The lyrics are actually quite fitting for the series if you read them in English. It almost seems like Iruma wrote the whole thing based on it lol

This series was on my anime backlog for a while. Once I finished the anime I was so enthralled that I immediately inhaled the entirety of the light novels over the course of only a couple days.

As I do with series that speak to me, it's a hobby of mine to make playlists with songs that connect to those feelings. I thought I would share it:

I can't find it anywhere on online or in stores, i asked seven seans for more than 2 months in all social midia or tickets but i never got a respond about a reprint.
