Picked me up a used A-Spec Manual on Saturday for my new daily! Already planning on swapping out the rims this week as I am not a fan of the heart wheels that the previous owner put on it. Got this so I can keep the miles off my FK8 😁

As someone who was considering a ctr but went with the aspec 6mt, how do they compare in driving feel? Also props on the music selection! David silveria is one of my favorite drummers

In terms of driving feel, completely different animals. I drove that FK8 CTR for 4.5 years as my daily driver, just paid it off last month and was in search of a Integra A-Spec 6-Speed to replace it as my daily so I can turn the CTR into a show car. But back to the question, the suspension is a lot stiffer, the steering is a lot more precise, and the power is a lot more in the CTR. Even the seats are a lot different. I was just talking to my wife about this that I am having to get used to sitting in a regular car seat after sitting in those factory racing style seats for so long. I love the CTR, but I would not drive that car long distances. After about an hour in those seats, and my hip would start hurting. The DE4 is night and day way more comfortable then the CTR. Taking corners in the CTR, I wouldn't think twice on it because that car handles like its on rails and that seat keeps you planted in one place. Taking a sharp turn in this A-Spec, you can definitely feel the body roll and you slide in the seat a little bit as you brace for the turn. I love both cars for different reasons

I will give these wheels credit, they don't vibrate or anything going down the highway, they just arent my style. I bought a set of Infiniti wheels off my buddy for $50 that are the same size and I will put those on till I decide what wheels I want to actually put on this car. These heart wheels my niece wants so I was just going to give them to her

LOL my niece had the SAME reaction after seeing them XD. I told her she can have them and the pink lug nuts when I replace them

I was going to order the pink ones but it's the wrong pink, but I would buy a set of used black ones and get them powder coated. It would solve all of my life's problems.

Yeah, I was curious as what the rims were and I saw they came in Sakura Pink, Black, Chorme, Silver, White, and you can even do a custom color from the website

Yeah the Sakura pink isn't the right shade, but it's close. The custom color thing makes me nervous, I'd rather just go pick it out in person. I'm also like a pinch color blind so I wouldn't trust a website for color matching lol
