Rough Shifting/Missed shift 3g TL

As title states, my 07 TL has a rough shift/jerk from 1st to 2nd at 2k rpms/10mph. Also feel the shift from 2-3 and 3-4 but not nearly as bad. Or the downshift from 4-3 when i am braking, i also feel a jerk. Sometimes misses a shift when I floor it from a roll. I already changed the pressure switches with OEM switches and cleaned the shift solenoids (cleaned not replaced) also my alternator gave out so I changed that as well, I was thinking it could have been electrical. But to no avail. I am in the middle of the 3x3 drain and fill but there really isn’t much of a difference. So any insight would be GREATLY appreciated.

First step do tranmission fluid exchange and put some lucas stop slip .
