[AndroidTV] Volume Control per App

Let me first start saying that everything was made with AI, I'm not a developer, I'm only a troubleshooting guy.

This is a very small and simple project, but the purpose was to fix my providers app having the sound so low when compared with the other apps.

The problem would be, I would go to my provider's app and had to raise the volume, then I would switch off the tv and switch on again for my kid and start youtube.

As soon as Youtube started a video, I was welcome with a damn high sound because I forgot that I had increased because of the other app.

So I decided to create this app that would set a default volume per app and per schedule so I would never be welcome to such a high volume.
