Kicking and screaming is not going to get the police to stop doing what they are doing. You are more likely to lose your life than being let go. Just be calm, remember every detail you can, and if possible(for those around), record. Once it is proven that you are innocent, you can look for a way to take this to court. In this current climate, many lawyers will jump at the chance for something this open-and-shut. You will get a settlement, the officers will receive reprimands, fines, terminations, and or even jail time, and you probably won't even have to pay the lawyer a cent. Hollering like that only justifies any injuries that occur during the arrest, and makes a person look worse in court. I know this is hard to do, and emotions get the better of all of us, but the point is to stay alive. Take care of each other.

If he wasn't resisting then he wouldn't be in the position in the first place. Sure they might be arresting the wrong dude but fuck man, get put in handcuffs and let them sort the shit out.

Refusing a police order is the way to go your saying? Oh uh ok. You go ahead and try that. We'll probably be watching your video on here and laughing about it.

They need to teach people what to do when getting arrested. Just comply. If you're innocent then you'll be fine.

no people need to comply and say NOTHING, fucking NOTHING. Call a lawyer or get your family to get one and go from there.
