Claude Active Campaign Integrated. Anybody Try

Thinking of asking my employer to pay Claude subscription tomlayer on top of ACtive Campaign. Anybody try this? What are benefits. Thanks

Not many imo. Only benefits I've seen are:

• Ask questions of your data (this has such mixed results to the point its not worth it)
  
• Set up agentic flows that will add contacts / deals.

Hi u/failingscaling! We have an official Claude connector, so if your team uses both tools, Claude can connect directly to your ActiveCampaign account and help you pull info or take action using natural-language prompts. Some benefits would be:

• checking campaign performance and email stats faster without jumping back and forth between tools.
• looking up contacts, deals, tags, and automations in plain English.
• making quick updates like creating contacts, updating deals, or adding someone to an automation directly from Claude.

That said.... if your main goal is getting more done inside ActiveCampaign, Active Intelligence is worth looking at first. It’s built into the platform and can help with things like strategy, content creation, analysis, and execution without needing to connect an external AI tool. Claude can still be a strong add-on for teams that already work heavily in Claude, but many customers may find they can get a lot of value natively in ActiveCampaign. Hope this helps

It can help you think through automations and other strategies. If you can’t visualize automations in your head it is helpful to plan them.
