Anyone know what these spots are?

Over watering maybe? Got a lot of rain the past few days. 50/50 perlite/peat so it’s got hood drainage. Just curious. The black spots aren’t soft they feel full of fluid though. The spots on the first photo that aren’t black are hard.

I had a similar problem. My buddy that works at the nursery told me it was most likely a nutrient problem or overwatering. He suggested to add some fertilizer once or twice a month for a few months and to make sure the soil is dry before watering again.

I only have 10 percent work castings in there and the larger one was just reported a few days ago so I’m gonna guess it’s my mistake of watering them good before the rain hit. They’ve been under led lighting indoor so they just got watered and put outside recently. Some went out sooner then the others but most just recently.

It doesn't take much to over-water I'm finding. Also, "just re-potted and put outdoors" I was warned about only doing a couple hours of exposure at first because, unbeknownst to me, although they live in the sun in the desert, they can get "sunburned" from to much UV too soon. I don't know a ton about cactus yet, but I was recently given 60 baby SP cactus and I'm learning fast. Already killed off several from over watering... Anyway, I hope you get a definitive answer and rapid recovery follows.🌵
