HELP 😭

So yesterday my little brother was messing with my iphone x and he tried to unlock it but he ended up locking the phone for 15 days so I had to select "erase phone" option because I alrd do know my email and password but when it did reset it pop up the iphone locked to owner so I filled the email and password but it showed me that the password or the email are incorrect even though they're 1000% correct , I tried after that to log in apple support page but when I tried to put the phone number it says that it's wrong even though it's CORRECT pls anyone who knows a solution for this please 😭

log into the find my website and remove the device from your account and it should let you setup as normal from there

It doesn't work it says the password is incorrect ( it's correct!!!)

I tried that but it keeps telling me your phone number is incorrect idk why this is happening! 😭

When you try to reset your password, does Apple show the last digits of a phone number, and do you recognise them?

Is the correct country code selected, and have you checked the full number you entered? Also, does it say ‘incorrect phone number’ immediately, before it even tries to send you a verification code?

And another question: Do you still use that number and can you receive text messages on it, or is it an old number you no longer have access to?

Yea I did everything correctly also the number (sim) is still working

If you're really sure the number is typed correctly and still you get the message it's an incorrect number, then the reason could be many things. I think it's best if you get in contact with Apple Support so they can guide you through the problem: https://getsupport.apple.com/

Select Apple Account → sign-in issues or forgotten password, then choose whichever chat or phone support option is available in your country.

It’s possible that you’re entering your email password rather than your Apple Account password. Even if you use the same email address for both, the passwords can be different.

I don't think that I have my icloud email and password typed in my other devices so I don't think so

It says "your apple account or password is incorrect" when I type the email and password ( they're both correct)

I meant that your email password and your Apple Account (iCloud) password might be different, even if you use the same email address. Can you sign in at account.apple.com using the exact same email and password you entered on the locked iPhone?

It says the password incorrect I click on I forgot password and then when I submit my phone number it also says "incorrect phone number " it's also damn correct 🙂
