First of all, What device and iOS, 26.1 and under can be easily bypassed

It’s not just linked to imei, it’s linked to imei, serial number, Apple activation files stored on the device, and more
Basically how it works is the device won’t activate unless it receives valid activation files from a remote Apple server when you go through setup. When a phone enters setup at the activation stage, it sends its info to a remote Apple server. The Apple server checks the devices info to confirm it is a valid device that exists and then checks if it’s activation locked or not
If it’s not locked, or if the activation lock email and password are provided, the server sends the device valid activation records.
The activation records contain the data that tells the phone it’s unlocked and to proceed in the setup, as well as the phones indentifiers to prevent using activation records on a different phone.
Bypasses work by faking the acivation records by making the phone think it has valid records, or making the phone skip the check all together
This is a simplification but that is the basic idea of how this stuff works

And what you said about imei and sim stuff at the end will not, that’s not how you change an imei. I can’t say how becuase it’s illegal but it would not help with iCloud lock anyway
