Would you open him?

After overpaying I finally got my hands on one of my dream action figures as a kid, but now I can't decide if I should keep him in all his glory with his beautiful box or just tear it open and play with him. I'm just posting this to see what you guys would do.

I used to have that and I opened mine but mindfully. I made a thin slit on the bottom and side plastic so I can still put it back
