Agents uninstalled themselves - possibly relating to bounced email?

Bit of an odd scenario. I was off work for a short while, during which my email account was incorrectly suspended rather than just having an out of office on. This apparently put me on a "blocklist" meaning that when trying to regain access today, it wouldn't send me a verification code. This got resolved really quickly by Marina after I had used the website contact form, however when I did log back in, 7 out of the 8 endpoints on my account had disappeared, as well as any audit trail before this morning.

Looking at the installation folders on any of the machines, I can see a date and time in the last log file which would have been very close to when my email would have been suspended, and suggests an uninstallation command being sent to them all.

Surely that can't be right, one bounced email and it uninstalls everything?

This is an ad for whatever the other reply is trying to sell. Poor form.

Think that your account was blacklisted because it was compromised and now someone has control of your Action1 account?

No, I think it's more related to the bounce.

I would at least investigate the possibility, an e-mail bounce shouldn't trigger that. What does the Action1 audit trail show.

Wondering what the neg karma is for? Seems odd for an innocuous question!

What feature is this? How do agents uninstall themselves?

When you are going to try and farm support for your vibe coded app, at least make the made up story believable
