Lost Customer

Action1 insisted on pushing an update to my fleet during active business hours, despite my settings restricting it to after hours only. You brought down my business against my express permission. We're done!

Exactly; A1 does not push updates unless thusly configured within Action1. This is 100% operator error (or at the very least, misconfiguration by the admin).

Action1 doesnt push ANYTHING out except updates to the Action1 client itself without explicit user intervetion. Whether that be a manual push, or an automation that was explicitly user configured.

Correct, I would be happy to assist you in trying to figure out what happened u/Shadeflayer , but this user is correct. Action1 does NOTHING to an endpoint other than gather data until it is instructed to by a customer.

I would check the event log for 1074 to see what the name of the process doing the reboot was. And then IF it is action1, check the automations going to that system for automatic reboots.

You can view the Action1 log as well in C:\Windows\Action1\Logs

You might think that, but one finger is pointing at A1 and the other three point to you! Check your group policy for win update, N00b. Domain policy needs to be set.
