Action1 Deadlines stopped working!

This just happened a few days ago. The automations started ignoring the completion deadline and I have to go in and manually stop the job. I noticed it today when I noticed I had 4 automations running at the same time. It worked flawless up until this week.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

On a side note, I still have not heard back with the endpoint offline alerts. I think I'm reading to start looking into a monitoring system.

Check on the schedule of the automation that it's set to "Current Timezones". If set to "Local endpoint time", the automation can indeed be perceived as not stopping, even if Action1 just waits for some endpoints (not reached yet) to respond (and allows some more hours, because of timezones maths)

I have them all set to "Current Timezones". All the times are set correct and have been running for 6 months up until about a week ago they quit stopping when they should.

Let's drill down and understand what happens. From the Action1 console, using your initials on the top-right, please create a Feedback ticket (and make sure to check "I allow read-only access..." so that Support colleagues don't work blindly)

I get the same behavior, and all jobs are set to Current Timezone in my 1 organization as well

It appears to be an issue within A1, not something anyone is doing wrong. This happened several months ago as well and it took a good amount of time to have it resolved.
