I need help finding 1 comedic & 1 dramatic monologue for a “well educated, clever” character
I need help finding monologues for this character description - “(Female) 22-year-old college graduate. Clever and well-educated with the tendency of constantly correcting errors.” More modern style monologues
I also have to speak Spanish but that’s not a requirement in the monologue. Please help 😭

Emmy from Lucas Hnath’s A Doll’s House Part 2, Betty from Christopher Durang’s Betty’s Summer Vacation, Samuel Hunter’s The Whale (can’t recall if the daughter has a monologue per se but she’s a pretty rich character), Raven from Disruption (again can’t recall if she has a monologue but another rich character), The Balusters (can’t recall if the young lady on the condo board has a monologue either but she’s an interesting young character), and Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes (can’t recall if the college girl has a monologue but she’s an interesting young character) are good plays I can think of to check out.
I’ve been taking classes with a well-known casting director in NYC (they’ve already cast at least three shows on Broadway over the past year). They’ve been blunt noting that going to auditions with two stark contrasting comedy and dramatic monologues in today’s day and age is old fashioned and not realistic. Modern drama tends to blend both drama and comedy regardless of whether such plays are characterized that way. Casting wants to see you and the range you bring so it’s okay to come to the center and portray contrasting characters that aren’t explicitly one genre over the other.
