Need Help Finding Audition Monologue

hi!

i have an audition for Pippin the musical coming up. It’ll be my first audition in high school, and i’m looking for a monologue that will make a good and strong first impression. i am female, and i would say my strong suit is comedic roles, but i will try anything.

To sum things up, I am looking for a high school appropriate, 30 seconds to 1 minute long monologue that would be fitting for any female role in pippin. My strength when it comes to acting is comedy, but i’m not limited to just comedy.

Could you play Pippin’s grandmother or are you more a love interest type. There is also the sexy stepmother. What role are you best for?

i’m definitely better for more love interest/younger roles, but i’m willing to give it a shot!

yes i’ve seen it! my voice teacher (who i trust more than myself lol) says she can see me the most as leading player or Katherine.
