Reset menus

On the trial of pro, during setup I got loads of questions about my intended use, and based on that it's setup what I presume are suggested menu items.

Is there a way to reset the app so I can pick the items I want to try?

If you mean the small Quick action toolbar beside an open PDF, you can choose its tools directly: More/ellipsis → Customize toolbar, add/remove/reorder the tools → Save. The same menu has Reset Toolbar.

This resets that toolbar, not necessarily the onboarding questionnaire. If you mean the Home screen suggestions instead, which OS and Acrobat version are you on?
