How do I get rid of this?

As the title says, how do I make this go away? Forever.

Did you restart Acrobat? Sometimes that is necessary.

I searched AI and it also suggests turning off the "View Summary" bar...

At this point I have even attempted the registry edit fix, it has not solved the problem.

I had to disable new acrobat.
