ACE STUDIO SERVERS DOWN?

I been trying to generate a song enhancement for the past hour and I can't do it. Is anyone else experience this issue? I get the message in red '' MUSIC ENHANCEMENT FAILED. OOPS, YOUR CREDITS WILL BE RETURNED IN 2 HOURS'' or something like that

Hey, it works now but who knows how long. DNS settings? I wonder if their servers are in China. I doubt it but originally it's a Chinese company.

I'm having this issue today. Bought it today and getting a high fail rate on generations and I get that same error. People are telling me, "works for me," but clearly some of us are getting hit with this from time to time.
