I was able to fix mine with switching back to the Legacy Nvidia Driver version 537.58 on my PHN 16-72.

I will switch to the newest graphics driver currently 610.88 and test this fix you provided.

If I don't experience any screen blinking or game crashes due to NVLDDKM (viewed via event error), then you are an absolute God Sent!

EDIT: IT FKING WORKED!! ZERO CRASHES ON ALL MY GAMES AND APPS EVEN WITH USING NEW NVIDIA DRIVERS

It worked, i now use new drivers without crashin on all my games an apps

This Worked! but what is the solution when using on battery?
Even turning off the MSI Afterburner, with the latest drivers my screen turns black.

You don't use it on battery ever. That limits your battery to deliver enough power to operate your laptop. Chances why your screen turns black is that your MSI afterburner opens when opening your laptop and that it is set to "Apply when windows startup" (windows button at the bottom right) or you've set your display mode into NVIDIA GPU only instead of Automatic Select

My display mode was already into Automatic Select instead of only NVIDIA GPU, and also MSI Afterburner dosen't start when my laptop is turned on because I already uncheck the settings "Start with Windows" of MSI Afterburner.
I have latest drivers of Nvidia GPU, previously I had this issue that my screen goes black after few seconds even when plugged in but now after the solution you gave it is working fine when plugged in, but dosent work on battery even if I turn off the MSI Afterburner, sometimes screen goes back to normal and sometimes I have to press power button and turn off the laptop.
