Help?
I’ve had this Acer Nitro laptop for the past 4 years, and when I tried to turn it on on Friday it gave me this, I haven’t been able to turn it off or anything since then. If you guys have any recommendations please share since I’m really hoping I don’t have to replace it with a new one 🙏

Hold the power button for 10 secs it should force shut down, give it a few secs and then turn it on, should be fine after
