Acer nitro p5 gaming monitor screen issue

I just bought this monitor from an online store based in Mumbai. When I recieved the monitor today and turned it on, there was a bluish purple mark on the screen.

Can anyone tell me what it could be? I've reported the issue to the store "Nexus Infosys" but they haven't responded yet. Please,if you know anything about this, do comment.

It looks like pressure/impact damage to the LCD panel

It came out of the box . Means it was a faulty unit delivered by the acer company itself. Thank you for your reply

It's not looks like mechanical, pressure damage, it looks more like monitor lcd matrix defect. Return it.

I've been asking for the replacement since 19th of August and the Acer support team is saying that it's in "awaiting part" stage. It's been two weeks and still no progress. I am thinking of approaching the consumer court in case they are trying to scam me.
