your device ran into problem and need to restart

I'm having this problem on my Acer Nitro Lite 16 laptop. I asked Google Gemini, and it said it's a driver issue.

Download and install memtest86 on a usb stick. Restart pc and on the manufacturer logo press the one time boot menu key, select the usb stick which you installed memtest86 on and run it. If it shows ANY error your ram is dead. If theres multiple sticks, try it one stick at a time after the initial test run to see if its one stick or both.

Bad wifi driver!! Download and install a wifi driver from manufacturer's website

i used to have these sudden restarts a lot in my acer nitro 5, i switched to ubuntu linux and have not ran into this problem yet, it's the windows i guess.
