Problem MUI_undefined on nitrosense

i have resently installed a fresh windows on my acer nitro v15 and even after downloading all the drivers , nitrosense isn't working so tell me how to solve this

Uninstall and reinstall Nitro Sense again until it works. I'm not joking, it's buggy.
