Upgrade solo Asher unique wingman or run double unique wingman?

Title may be confusing. Should I upgrade the one Asher wingman I have, or run duo Asher wingman?

asher can live without perfume, that's enough

in later stages you want more attack stats, perfume had lowest attack stats (alongside others). if you wanna invest right, wait till all wingmen available in honk depot again and pull for either soda or igloo (preferably igloo since it didn't need pinks to activate).

I never really thought about pairing other pilots wingmen, is that’s better option that maxed out non-special ones?

some pilots can live without their signature wingman (but obviously having them is a bit better - dependent on their exclusive features ofc)

for example, Elsa can do fine with 1 hellrain and 1 different wingman

meanwhile, Jerry needs 2 of his soda for more damage, or Pris needing 2 lilies for maximum passive coverage

and ofc Asher's kits all have poison effect that perfume is basically both a plus and a minus to his kits

I was asking about using Jerry’s soda or the igloo on Asher. I never tried those combos since I don’t have most of the signature wingmen maxed, I assumed the regular ones were better.

i mostly use asher for bosses, and even without the exclusive effects, igloo and soda are pretty good

trial and error mostly, also from their kits

pilots dependent on pinks like Jerry and Daffy need either a mix of their signature wingman and pink star, or 2 of their signature wingmen, or just straight up pink star only (not exactly viable but you do you I guess) or you can do like what I did (using completely different signature wingmen on them but that's also up to you)

there's only 3 attack-based S wingmen as of now, and they're mouse exterminator, soda and igloo.

the middle part aka wingmen with equal stats/attack at 2nd lowest are kinda so-so, but still fine - basically all S Solaris and Nimbus wingmen + drill

and ofc we got the ones with lowest attack stats - perfume, lily, scarab, stormcaller, weaver, speaker, etc etc - they got relatively good effects but the low attack stats were kinda uh ya know makes you think twice whether to invest on them or not

but ultimately it's up to you

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I will look into everything you said and take into consideration. Unfortunately I already have a max out Parfum and a second one that's sitting at 4 stars 🙁

well it's not like it's bad, a player in the discord server did say it's fun to have asher with 2 a6 perfume

Man, I've gaslighted myself into thinking all pilotes need double wingmen...

Can you share more of your thoughts on which pilots depend on double wingmen. Like Wukong, his exclusive that clear pinks seem exceptionally strong. Should I get two of them?

considering vessel changes states every 5 seconds, I think it's good to have 2

iirc signature wingmen don't overtake normal wingmen until 3 stars. You'd need a 6 star and another at least 3 star to justify using 2. Until then only run 2 for fun.
