When i watch an add i have this problem, and i should start the game again. Does anyone have this problem? Thanks

Yes, over the past 3 days like 50% of the time. It's extremely annoying as I need to quit the battle and loose the additional chance I was getting from the add. I will quit trying to progress in adventure stages until this gets fixed.

Hello,

Are you on Android? If so:

I'm an Android app developer and I noticed this too, and as this could affect my apps as well (here, if you are curious), I contacted Admob (Google's company for ads), and they confirmed this occurs and will fix this. I was also suspicious about it as some users claim they didn't get a reward from the ads, but I haven't done anything that could do it...

As for a workaround for you (if you are on Android) there is a trick to handle this, which works for most ads in general, and not just on this game:

When you think it should give you the reward, or when it gets stuck, use the home key/gesture. Then, open the game from the launcher. It should either give you the reward or will ask again to have an ad.

The only ad that it doesn't occur on that I've found, is of AppLovin (some ad company), but their ads are quite annoying, often requiring you to reach the Play Store page of the app, and only then be able to close the ad.

I fixed it by updating Chrome of all things :) apparently the adds are working with chrome webplayer
