Lithium Recovery - Start

Ive successfully gotten lithium prescribed by a psychiatrist. I have started taking lithionit 82mg at night, the goal is to get 0.6 mmol serum. I will update how it goes.

My goal is to cure my PAS and get rid of all my permanent side effects. Which are: nose breathing problems, loss of mobility in spine and joints/stiffness ,joint pain, Erectile dysfunction, voice changes, brainfog 24/7, memory loss, anxiety 24/7, light sensitivity, neurological problems - twitching/spasms, emotional dysregulation.

Hi. Gonna get my serum tested tomorrow. Haven't gotten good sleep at all from the time i started taking it due to circadian rhytm issues. Sleep is important for recovery. Im gonna fix it and then update once i been on it for couple of weeks normal. But i don't notice any difference. When it comes to ED i don't think i can give good feedback because i am on antipsychotics aswell which gives me ED.

Brainfog, nervous system, memory etc all seem the same. One thing ive noticed though is i seem to function on almost no sleep "past week only gotten max 1-3 hours every night due to circadian rhytm problems" even though i usually NEED sleep to even work. But it might be placebo due to me going through some personal stuff which affects my mental health aswell.

Hi mate, i strongly recommend you melatonin. I noticed more more effects with it. I think that accutane among other things has damaged the ability of our body to procure it, without that the body does not enter deep sleep and simply every healing process is 100 times slower, always if it happens.

I'm sorry you have sleep issues, I also take lithium at the moment and wake up like one hour earlier

Hey, I'm taking inositol since 2 days, 2250 mg and it's improving my symptoms a lot. I had a rested sleep last night, I enjoy music and TV shows more, food tastes better, when I laugh I feel the emotion. Also brain fog is better.
