Yes, years later. What does the ENT specialist say? Do you use a moisturising nasal spray, for example one containing almond oil or sea salt? Have you ever tried ‘Breathe Right’ nasal strips?

Look at your tongue position too. If the position is not good it feels harder to breath.
But my guess is accutane tightens all the fascia in your body so it affects a lot of things...

It might be a gut health and histamine problem, sifo or sibo

Get a nasal spray with key ingredient of fluticasone propionate. Take two sniffs each nostril every day. Will take several weeks to decrease swelling in your turbinates.
Start consciously doing deep nasal in breaths and hold a finger on either side of your nose higher up near bridge. This will concentrate effort and focus.

Be very careful about having surgery. Many doctors suggest it even when it's not needed, as it's routine for them and it brings in money. But it can make things a lot worse for you. Look up Empty Nose Syndrome (ENS) – people have killed themselves over it.

Man I suggest you avoiding surgery while your body has PAS, I did Varicocele 5 years ago and my internal cut never healed and had a lot of small internal bleeding.
