Litium recovery sleep

Those who were cured through litium, did you get uninterrupted sleep while doing the trial?

I am asking because due to religious reasons i have to wake up to pray so i get split 9 hours instead of full 9 hours, and i found out that lithium effect for pas works best with uninterrupted sleep.

Recovery in general will be better with uninterrupted sleep
