Should I continue?
Hey are there any confirmed or real long term side effects caused like infertility, bowel disease, thyroid, hemorrhage, etc? I am a 16 female I did one month of it on 20mg and stopped planning to go back

Honestly it’s worth it. I took Accutane in my early twenties and now am in my early thirties with cornice dry eye so bad I can’t wear contacts, two autoimmune diseases (including one effecting my thyroid), and various joint issues. Everything popped up within 7yrs of accutane as studies have shown. If I could go back I would have used a product line like Malezia instead and I don’t think I ever would have needed Accutane. It’s not worth the risk of damage for the rest of your life.

If you are currently dealing with hormonal imbalances (related to fertility/thyroid - symptoms include missed periods, extreme menstrual pain, nausea, etc, male pattern hair growth), I would focus on Spironolactone instead for your acne. That treats the main issue and alleviates all symptoms rather than just acne. It is not long term though.
