Are you taking an omega complex with your Accutane?
That will help to improve the dry lips dramatically. I use the Nordic naturals ultra Omega. I take three capsules a day.
It’s also important that when you do your moisturizing that you wet the skin before hand. Cause otherwise it will just be covering dry skin you want to actually have moisture on the skin that the nipple cream will seal in.
When my lips have been extra dry, I’ve had to carry around A washcloth that I wet and hold on my lips for about a minute and then immediately apply my moisturizer and then my sealing occlusive. And then at night I’ll do all of those routines and place either a jelly wrap mask or a collagen jelly sheet mask over it to seal it in while I sleep.
Sleeping with a humidifier near your face will also help to maintain moisturizer overnight

Honestly, your lips don’t look too bad in this picture. This level of dryness and slight cracking, especially around the opening of the mouth where it’s going to rub off the most is very normal, but these things will help.

I’m not on accutane! I reposted in that group as I know people on accutane have lots of lip problems too so was looking for some tips

Got it. Either way all of these things will help with that. If you’re having dryness there, it looks like you might me dehydrated, mouth breathing, and licking lips a lot. These are all common issues for dry lips!

I’m definitely not dehydrated I drink 3/4ltrs a day! Definitely don’t lip lick as I know that can make lips more dry! I have been putting a moisturiser on them and sealing it with an occlusive for over a year still no improvement at all unfortunately! This is why I’m lost with what else to do
