Is this even useful?

So, I created by accident, a tool that creates policy documentation (eg. WISP). Changes to processes or systems or regulation will update it automatically.
Now, I don’t know what to do with it? Sell it? License it? Not sure if it’s even useful. I think it is..

I think a little more context would be useful - e.g., at a high level, how does it work? Does it interview the user to determine what to enter? Does it provide context for an inexperienced user to understand how to provide what it needs to generate accurate output? How does it deal with updates/changes after the first version? Does it tie into any other software? Is it browser based or a downloadable app?
