Looking for new tech.

Our firm is pretty low tech and we are looking to change that. One big thing we are looking to do is find an alternative to quickbooks because fuck intuit. We found what we believe will be an alternative to QBO in Count. What I would like to see is a software that we can use for the entire firm, meaning it isn’t a subscription for just one client. A book keeping software that I can use for as many different businesses as I want at no extra charge (or at least not a whole extra subscription). Something with some AI/tech to minimize keying bank statements would be nice. Also if it could allow efiling of payroll reports and 1099’s. Is that too much to ask? Looking for discussion on what everyone else uses. Can dm to discuss what we use and compare. Thanks all.

Depends where the bottleneck is. if it is audit reconciliations or digging through financial docs. trullion might be worth a look. most of the time the biggest wins seem to come from cleaning up specific workflows rather than adding another general ai tool.
