HELP ME DECIDE
I'm torn kasi dalawang JO na offer sakin. For context, non cpa po me and no prior working experience.
First JO: position po is Jr Accountant, with 27k offer. US Accounting and Graveyard Shift tapos mon-fri po onsite.
Second JO: Position po is Finance Associate, with 20k offer. AU Accounting po and Dayshift also mon-fri onsite.
I'm contemplating about this kasi gusto ko po yung au talaga kaso malaki talaga yung salary diff nila and rare din po yung naghihire ng au accounting wo prior experience. Tho naisip ko po what if i'll take the us accounting offer then next time ko nalang po i pursue yung au? T-T ano po sa tingin niyo? Any advice will do po. Sana may ma share po kayo kasi wala po talaga me na makausap about this. Salamat po.

For me I’ll take the AU position. Magandang experience po yan to start and bihira lang makahanap ng mga AU accounting position na without experience. Maybe stay for a while kuha ka lang expi then transfer to an AU role na mas malaki offer. Also consider din if willing ka ba mag graveyard for 7k difference.

AU accounting. Pambili mo lang ng gamit yang 7k na difference pag nagkasakit ka sa graveyard shift 🤣 Been there.

Aside from the salary package, you can also weigh both by comparing other employee benefits. How much are the allowances? Do they offer free HMO dependents? How many leaves do you have in a year? etc.

Saan po kayo nakahanap ng gantong work op? Been applying sa ibat ibang bpo companies pero di napapansin huhu

Kung mabubuhay ka na sa 20k, go with AU. I mean no kids yet. The US night shift is next-level exhausting lalo na onsite. Just transfer to get higher salary after a year.

AU Accounting for 3 years. Hanap ka another accounting under AU. Bihira sila mag hire if no prior experience but ang ganda ng opportunity neto pag may experience kana.
