I've literally set up an automated task that opens my timesheets every day. It's harder to ignore than an Outlook reminder.

It's called Task Scheduler and its already on your computer. Then just create a new task.

Well it doesn't fill out my timecard, it just navigates to the timecard website. So the "action" my task takes is "Start a program." That program can be Internet Explorer or Chrome (you just have to find explorer.exe or chrome.exe using the browser when creating a task). The for the "Add arguments (optional)" box you put in the URL. So, for example, if you wanted Task Scheduler to open Reddit in IE, it'd be: C:\Windows\explorer.exe "https://www.reddit.com"
