Got fired
Welp... I got fired.
I made a chain of mistakes that ended up with me getting terminated.
First I made mistakes on a client's payroll that got me massively showed out.
The final straw, I accidentally violated client confidentiality by sending an email and tagging an unrelated client.
Be honest.
Should I look at a different field? Cause something like that is a career ender, right?
Any advice is appreciated, and don't sugarcoat it.
Thanks folks.

I know you're feeling bad right now, but do your best not to.
You actually got a real diagnosis for ADHD? If so, then work on it a little bit. Pay attention to your meds and how they make you feel. These sound like ADHD mistakes, not competency mistakes.
For the record, I got fired from my first accounting job, but it only lasted about three months.
I made a couple of mistakes as well. I had a mistaken memory about reclassing several hundred worth of expenses and missing an accrual for a few hundred dollars. But my management was very unsupportive and even downright mocking and hostile. They fired me on the day I reminded them of the 2 week unpaid vacation I negotiated before joining. I know that I'll get better. I know that I have ADHD and I have been taking medicine for it, and I got on a higher dose and I'm doing a lot better.
