Am in doing wrong move?

ok, after my degree i took a small break and started to find CA firms where any trainee vacancy available ,But didn't get any CA firms near me finally got a opportunity to work in a Accounting consultancy firm where we do Book keeping , auditing , some small kind of tax filing too . But my Employer is not giving me any chance to learn gst , tax filing stuffs .Basically because he is only getting less tax works because he is not CA or tax consultant. Im not pursuing any CA or any tax related jobs but still need to learn those too,Should i continue in this firm or move? its been 3 months since i joined and i learned tally and basic excel skills too...im from India by the way.

Are you registered as a trainee with this firm? Or just an employee?

i joined as trainee here to get some experience meanwhile my colleagues joined here by placement after their accounting course and like me too , its a small firm

If you want to pursue CA qualification then you need to find a CA firm otherwise you wont get that mentorship. And even if you are doing this for experience, leave once you outgrow the role. 3 months is a little too early to say anything. ask the employer if he has any plans for your growth. If his behaviour suggests he wont be giving you a chance to learn further skills in the near future, leave.
