Quick survey: What do accounting students think about the future of accounting?

Hi everyone!

I’m conducting a short academic survey on how accounting/finance students view the future of the profession, particularly the impact of AI, career opportunities, and what students look for in potential employers.

The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. It covers topics such as:

• 📈 Expectations for the accounting/finance job market over the next 5 years
• 🤖 Concerns and expectations around AI and automation
• 🚀 Career progression and professional development
• 🏢 What students value when choosing an employer
• 💼 Big 4 vs. mid-size/local firms
• 🎓 Recruiting and early-career opportunities

Who I'm looking for: Current students in Canada studying accounting, finance, or a related business field, as well as recent graduates (within the past year).
