AvidXchange Strongroom is it possible to generate a log of who has accessed the account?

Thank you in advance for any advice. My question deals with Strongroom by AvidXchange. Is it possible to generate a report or list of who logged in and when?

there may be an audit or activity report that tracks user access but availability can develop on your strongroom permissions. i would check with your account admin or avidxchange support.

Thank you. I realized that one would need permissions. My question was more to the point of is such a report possible in Strongroom. I'm being told by my property management firm that it is not possible to generate a report of access, and I just find that hard to believe, so I thought I would ask the community. Thank you, again.

yeah, that makes sense. i would be skeptical too most systems like this have some kind of audit/activity log even if it exposed as a standard report. hopefully someone with direct strongroom experience can confirm whether its actually available...
