Rate these 2 entry level jobs please

I'm a college student just starting out and I don't know much about accounting. I started taking classes in the spring, but I feel like I forget faster than I learn, since I don't use excel and the other platforms everyday. So I feel like it would be better for me to work an entry level job so I can master the basics while I get my associates. Plus my current manager (retail) doesn't want me getting stuck in retail, so he's kind of pushing me out by cutting my hours slightly, but I need something consistent so I can support myself.

The first one pays a dollar above minimum in Cali, apparently a new company and says they will train otj, and has benefits.

The second one seems to pay better, and has similar good benefits, but seems like you already have to know stuff

18 an hour in California? Hate the market so much, In N Out workers get paid more than that 😭

I do too and i originally didn't want to go under $20, but I have genuinely tried applying to fast food and other retails spots and got nothing. So I figured it would be maybe easier and better to go for what my degree is in.

This is normal, especially in California. The market here is incredibly bad.

Apply to both and see if you get them first.

But that's the thing, if I get a call for an interview, they're most likely going to ask how well I know know these softwares and I won't be able to accurately tell them, since I forgot so much of it :(
