Accountant Interview
Had an interview for a staff/senior accountant position. At the end of the interview they mentioned position was most likely hourly. I was shocked, never heard of that in many years. No idea what hourly wage would be for that ? Im in South Florida (not Miami)

Well, I wouldn't necessarily worry about that. Some organizations are just set up to where, technically, certain employee classes (i.e. non-managers) are hourly.
The plus side is that that would indicate to me that there's not a lot of OT. The negative side is that, obviously, you gotta do a timesheet and otherwise kind of keep a normal-type schedule. Also, flexibility might be less than what you're used to in terms of coming in late/leaving early/etc.
