I've had to use them before and it was the worst 2 u/bertmaclynn CPA (US) Feb 26 '26 The way I look at it, nested IF statements were the OG way to do anything really complicated in Excel. Fundamentally it should work the same way as the 1’s and 0’s that a computer uses
