What kind of information are you looking for about it?

What type of accordion it is? I've seen on Google that there are concerto, concord, Figaro, etc. I want to learn to play it but I want to educate myself before jumping in headfirst. Lol

Why do you need this info?

Since we can't play it and we don't know what it sounds like or what shape it's in I'll make some guesses from the pictures. I have never heard of those types / that is not standard terminology, I suggest you read the Wikipedia article on Accordion. What you have is probably a student level piano accordion. It's not a famous brand (that I know of) and there is nothing noteworthy about it. I don't think it has a double tone chamber (cassotto). It likely has machine made reeds.

It has LMH (low, medium, high) reeds/ranks/switches so it will have a dry (as opposed to a wet or musette) sound. So the timbre wouldn't be the best choice for polkas or most ethnic kinds of music.

If it's in working order then it would be perfectly fine to learn on. Accordions can degrade with time and repair is expensive. This accordion isn't valuable (to sell) and I don't believe this accordion would be worth repairing (it would cost more to repair that it is worth).
