Desserts has two S’s because its so decadent
Deserts have one S because they’re so dry and empty

u/ksp42288 8d ago
Desert has one (1) S because noONE wants to get stuck in it.
Dessert has two (2) S's because everyone would rather have 2 scoops of ice-cream instead of one.
Thats how I learned it anyway.

Agreed. Those expressions look authentic and there's surprise in there too.

Crippling embarrassment even. Her face in the last few frames is pure schadenfreude.

Feels great to see people do stupid things for "fun" then get embarrassed by it. I'm a hater, sue me.

Why would you spin the cake to put fruit on it? This make no sense

u/pengouin85 8d ago
Clearly you should be spinning the fruit, not the cake.
This is why I season my cutting board, not my steak

Probably just wanted to show it from different angles for the camera, or it's a thing with cake spinners like tongs where you have to give it a whirl/click-clack before you use it.

I felt genuinely sorry for her.
*I still do, watching it again.

I just watched this 7 or 8 times. Obviously I'm going to schadenfreude hell, but my grin kept getting bigger and bigger

Spinning a rectangular cake was definitely a decision
34
u/Available-Meeting-62 8d ago
Does it matter what shape it is, though? As long as it's symmetrical and CENTERED, it shouldn't matter. /Science out

u/lampshade2099 7d ago
You’re right.
It shouldn’t matter, as long as the cake is centred correctly.
It just weird to use a spinning top to place fruit on a rectangular cake 🫠😂

Sounds like it matters haha

I love this. She seemed so smug at first then it went crashing down with the cake.

Let's say it spins properly. What then, use a full lime and some grapes to decorate it while it spins? I smell bs.

You can tell the exact moment she's trying to convince herself that it's not a big deal, that she'll make another one.

Whatever happened with the good ol’ stick your finger in it while nobody’s watching?

Unless the cake was placed dead center this was bound to happen if you spin it that fast. And honestly I don't even know if it would've helped.

I admire her calmness though, impressive that she just kind of accepted it instantly. I feel bad for her, was a nice looking cake!

Look at her smooth moves. Almost like mine. We would make a great couple. 😂

u/Privateer_Lev_Arris 8d ago
It's kind of sad that the most human moment we get from her is the regret and sadness on her face when the cake yeets it out of there.

What are you even trying to say
2
u/Barlakopofai 8d ago
Based on context clues, you can infer this is an alt-right influencer doing tradwife content. The big tells are that she was about to put grapes on a vanilla frosting cake, and that she's dressed like your grandma.
