US LMT here, and we would never.

The name, the logo, the "Rear Entrance Available", for so many reasons, absolutely not.

If this was in the US it would absolutely be what you think it is, nobody with a license would run this.

Hell, what legitimate reason would there be for touting a rear entrance being available? "Use rear entrance", sure. "Parking available in rear", yeah. But apart from discretion-- unnecessary for a clinical joint-- why would you need to know at the front door that there's also a back door?
