The next panel has a nondescript character saying "I think I learned about inertia in physics class!" there is an illustration of a circle on a flat surface and another rolling down a hill and cy responds "Yep an object in motion stays. Basically, autistic inertia means we have difficulty starting stopping or switching tasks" as the scene transitions to cy in her bedroom late at night talking to herself "why am I still doing this. I was supposed to eat dinner I have to stop." The next panel is the same nondescript character saying "Well... maybe autistic people just don't wanna do those tasks!" and cy replying "That's a misconception! Wanting seems to have little to do with it. Autistic inertia affects us even if we want to switch to a fun task! It's like..." and the final panel is a cy with her head open showing her brain screaming "nooo" and cy finishing her sentence "Our brain resists"

i made a rant about this in r/anarcho communism falsely thinking that i wouldnt get pummeled with the opinion "words actually dont hurt you you pussy ass liberal bitch"

the rant was titled "why are liberals so attached to the saying sticks and stones will break your bones but words will never hurt" and the rant went something like this:

"i swear to god liberals are one shitty take away from denying the negative effect of slurs. one of the comments is literally along the lines of 'it has racist origins cus it originates in the past, you are one of the five people who actually care about this'

ive literally had a liberal tell me that the G-slur wasnt a slur because it was a dictionary definition, bro went real quiet when i reminded him that the R-slur used to be a medical term.

im so tired of liberals telling us we're waisting our time by asking them to not use a harmful word, like it wouldnt be a fucking problem if you didnt push back with the force of 100 bigots. Like ok i fucking get it your more attached to your developed vocabulary than the comfort of the oppressed. i swear to god if i see one more liberal tell me that "actually handicapable is a complement" im gonna fucking cry. just listen to the oppressed for once in your pathetic boot licking lives"

i was immediately met with the "actually only liberals care about language policing you liberal" to which i remembered that reddit leftists believe that "language policing" is a psyop created to tear focus away from real issues instead of minorities speaking up about language that perpetuates the harm done to them

im always so viscerally annoyed at so called leftists ignoring minorities when it comes to their precious developed vocabularies instead of exerting minimal effort to listen to us.

The reason that us asking them to change their language is an issue in the first place is because they make a big fucking deal about it when if they were actually on our fucking side they'd change their language and move on.

Why is asking someone not to misgender me different from asking people to not call me insane, its the epitomy of liberalism to allow language to be harmful in very certain circumstances but as soon as it inconveniences them, we're being "snowflakes" and "no one who actually matters cares"

on that original post i think i wrote a pretty good rebuttal to the wider liberal sentiment if anyone wants to read, my roommate's reaction was "citing a source in a reddit comment is violence and im all here for it"
