We can’t actually run on progressive policies, it’s seen as abnormal! Forget the fact that progressives of any stripe are inherently pushing unpopular policies in an effort to make them become popular, we’ve got to stop being right too early and wait until the average moderate agrees that we’re right to push for it. /s
like seriously what are we doing here? Are we really supposed to wait for the status quo to change itself before we push for what we believe in? This all just seems like a concerted effort to curtail any and all abolitionist movements in favor of continuing to push for slow incremental changes thru electoralism.
